Windows 7 users, please read this.

Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.05 or newer is required to print titlesheets. Click on Get Acrobat Reader below and closely follow steps 1, 2, and 3 to download the latest version.

Make sure you have actually installed Acrobat Reader. Once you have downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader, you will need to run the download to install the application.

Sometimes Acrobat Reader will bring up a dialog asking if you would like to upgrade. Unfortunately, this window is hidden by the "Loading..." window and blocks you from loading Acrobat Reader. Trying minimizing the "Loading..." window to see if anything is underneath.

Depending on server load and connection speed, loading up the titlesheet into Acrobat Reader can take several minutes to complete. Wait 5 minutes before trying other possibilities.

If all else fails, try completely closing your web browser and trying again.

Test if any of your security programs are interfering with printing your titlesheets.  Temporarily disable any anti-viral programs you have like Zone Alarm Pro, or Norton Anti-Virus while visiting MyDiscgear.com. These programs stop our web site from opening Adobe Acrobat because it believes something malicious might be happening. The same goes for any pop-up killers you might have integrated into your browser.

Attempt printing your titlesheet again.  If you are successful, then one of these programs was the the cause.  Turn them back on one-by-one re-testing the titlesheet printing each time until it stops working again.

Once you find the program causing the interference, you should be able to adjust the programs settings to allow MyDiscgear.com

If you get a "broken" icon or a little picture in the upper left-hand corner when trying to print, please follow these directions.

Reinstall Acrobat Reader. This is done by going to the Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Adobe Acrobat and removing Acrobat Reader, then reinstalling.

Change your security level in your web browser to Medium. In Internet Explorer, click on Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level > Reset to Medium > Reset.

If you have Windows XP Service Pack 2 and are using Internet Explorer 6.x, please note that additional security features have been added to your browser, such as pop-up blocking. For more information, please visit:
