My titlesheet isn't the correct size.

My print out doesn't look right

Make sure that the Fit To Page option (Acrobat 4) or the Shrink oversized pages to paper size and Expand small pages to paper size (Acrobat 5) are off.

To get to these options, make sure that the screen showing the preview of your title sheet is up. Click on the printer icon in the upper left corner. This will bring up a dialog entitled "Print". Go to the "Copies and Adjustments" section in the mid right and uncheck the appropriate options.

Check that you have the appropriate model selected. There are size differences between the models with and without handles. If you select a Selector 80 for example, and you have a Selector 80H, the title sheet will print out the wrong size.

Try using the "Titlesheet Scaling Tool", which allows you to manually adjust the size of your printed title sheet to adjust for your printer. This is in the Titlesheet Setup screen, which is after you click on the printer icon in MyDiscgear.com.

If you have a Selector 80H (with the handle) or a Selector 100FX then you must print out on Legal Paper. Make sure that in addition to putting Legal Paper in the printer that the media is set for Legal. This option is normally under Properties in your print dialog.

Upgrade to Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or greater. Acrobat Reader can be obtained from Adobe, Inc.

Try upgrading your printer drivers. Visit Windows or your printer manufacture's web site.

A Discgear user, who was having difficulty getting his titlesheet smaller, adjusted his printout to be 98% of the original and it worked!  Although your results may vary - if you are trying to get your titlesheet smaller, this may be helpful.

My problem is the opposite.  No matter what I do, I can't get the title sheet to populate the whold 8 1/2 X 11 size paper.  I tried using the  manual scaling tool and it doesn't do a thing.  Anyone know what to do?

Diane, first, make sure you have the correct storage unit selected - some are very similar in name, but very different in titlesheets.  Next, when you get the Print box, make sure that you uncheck any box that is automatically scaling the titlesheet for the paper.  If that doesn't help, send me an email to support@discgear.com and we can look more closely at your issue.
