Beginning March 1, 2008, your Discgear.com account will be required to check support ticket status at http://support.discgear.com. You may submit a ticket without a Discgear.com account by visiting Discgear.com and clicking the 'Support' button on the left side of the window,
Prior to September 1, 2007, logging into Discgear.com required your Discgear.com ID and password. As of September 1, 2007, Discgear.com uses your email address and password for account verification.

For example, if you have used Discware Online® to create titlesheets in the past and would now like to purchase Discgear® products online, you will need to create a new account for Discgear's retail web store. Remember, both your e-mail address and password are case-sensitive, please make sure CAPS LOCK is not on.

My old email address is jerrykb@msn.com. It has been for 15 years and still is. When I asked for my password, you said it was sent. I can't log on since I didn't recieve an email from DiscGear. I therefore looked up my original password from an old note. Of course now, it doesn't work. I therefore tried to enter a new account file. It doesn't work either. I presently have7 Discgear 80s units. I really need two more but I guess you don't believe me. Oh yes, I also have one of your 100 series boxes. I don't like it now. I gave it away to a friend. Would you please clear up my password problem for an order of two more 80s units? I did not recieve an email with a password of any kind.
