What's new in Discware Lite v1.61?

• Customizable column headers
• Save database.data file in another location, perfect for backups or data transfers
• Import database.data files - importing from previous verisons or from a backup
• Export to CSV file

When you first open Discware Lite 1.61, you will see the follow window. Click Add Unit to begin.

In the next window, enter a name for your storage unit, such as My Movies or My Music. Choose your storage unit from the list and click OK.

Your new storage unit will now show on the left side of the window. To begin entering discs, start typing in the first empty slot, in this example, A001.

A new feature in v1.61 is the ability to change the column headings. This feature is found by clicking Edit, Column Headings.

In this example, the B storage unit's column headings are changed from Artist and Title to Movie and Year.

Another new feature is the ability to save your data file in another location - this is ideal for saving a backup of your data. Save As will allow you to save in another location and Import will allow you to import the database.data file from a previous version of Discware Lite or a backup. Export will export the selected storage unit to a CVS file.
